Gram Ludlow is a respected information security executive and industry thought leader with over fifteen years of security industry experience. Currently the Vice President of Information Security for Flowers Foods, Inc., He has spent his career building and improving organizations with a focus on driving down costs and getting maximum value out of information assets. Gram started his professional career at Caterpillar, Inc. in a series of security roles culminating in a global thought leadership role with influence over enterprise policy and over 100 global security professionals. When he was ready for the next stage in his career, Gram found a security leadership position at AGCO Inc., where he founded a global information security program and led an international security team. After AGCO, Gram held a key position at The Coca-Cola Company as an enterprise security architect. For one of the world's biggest brands and largest network, Gram drove a long-term strategic security vision, bringing his thought leadership and execution to the extended Coca-Cola system.
At Flowers Foods, Gram is currently working with executive leadership to bring his years of experience to build information security as a distinct business function. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, Gram is personally responsible for developing and implementing a strategic road map to protect Flower’s business operations from cyber security threats. He is working with business leadership in effecting a culture change to securely leverage advanced technologies such as cloud computing, mobility, big data analytics, and expert systems. Although focused primarily on this challenge, he continues to be active in the security community and is still working to advance the security profession as a whole.
